He emphasized that these advances have the potential to more accurately and effectively tailor treatments to individual patient needs and enable more efficient implementation of precision medicine.

At the roundtable, participants emphasized the importance of collaboration between public and private organizations to drive innovation and efficiency in the healthcare sector. They highlighted the hospital's partnership with Huawei, which focuses on data storage and security solutions, as a prime example. Partnerships like this are essential to enable secure digital transformation in health systems and ensure sensitive patient data is protected while promoting a modern and efficient infrastructure.

Saint Pau is expanding its technological capabilities to address the complex challenges of modern medicine. Under the leadership of Dr. Josep Munuela, the hospital has launched a new research group in advanced medical imaging, artificial intelligence (AI), and image-guided therapy.
