With the addition of the Healthcare Agent service, users can now create more secure healthcare agents using generative AI and a healthcare-specific stack. The service allows customers to build their own agents with reusable healthcare-specific functionality, pre-built healthcare intelligence from trusted sources, templates, and pre-built healthcare use cases. The service also supports extending your organization's agents with additional plugins, regardless of where the plugins were built.

Cleveland Clinic participated in a private preview of Microsoft Copilot Studio's Medical Agent service.

We leveraged Clinical Provenance Safeguard, part of the Clinical Safeguards API, to ensure traceability and provide clear evidence of where each simplified information came from within the original medical report.”
