ZRG, a Rochelle Park-based talent advisory firm, announced today that Joni Noel has been appointed co-head of healthcare and life science practices. Noel will focus on interim and project consulting for healthcare and life science clients.

Noel has led healthcare consulting collaborations and teams for over 25 years and has partnered with private equity in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. He recently served as RGP's vertical leader and head of private equity in the global healthcare industry, overseeing over 500 new engagements each year as an innovator in health systems, payers, life science companies and health technology.

“At this stage in my career, I was looking for a platform that really understands healthcare — and ZRG will,” Noel said. “From navigating regulatory change to scaling innovation in care delivery, the challenges facing this sector are complex. Our job will focus on helping clients meet those challenges with bold talent strategies and appropriate leadership.”

Noel will be co-leading practice with Brian McGowan, who led ZRG's healthcare efforts with an emphasis on executive search. Together, they will partner closely to expand the impact of ZRG across the talent spectrum, from C-Suite placement to interim leadership, embedded recruitment, and consulting.

“Joni brings a new dimension to our team,” added Brian McGowan, managing director and co-head of Healthcare & Life Sciences. “Her leadership in interim and consulting is something our clients need as the industry evolves and we are excited to be partnering with her in this next chapter.”

“Our goal is to be the most trusted partner in healthcare and life science talent,” said ZRG CEO Larry Hartman. “Joni's arrival strengthens her ability to deliver fully integrated solutions, and her track record speaks for itself. This is an important step towards expanding the capabilities of clients in this critical sector.”
