1. Kyoko Deguchi

Kyoko (Kay) Deguchi is the Chief Executive Officer of PHC Holdings Corporation, a global collection of healthcare businesses referred to collectively as PHC Group. Together, PHC Group companies are focused on precision technology that powers the future of healthcare. Deguchi joined PHC Group as an independent external board director in 2021, bringing more than two decades of experience as a business leader, including in the healthcare industry. She became CEO in April 2024, and in her first six months launched an updated vision and value creation plan outlining PHC Group’s new global strategy to focus future growth on diagnostics and life sciences.
In that time, Deguchi also met with more than 500 employees at roundtables across PHC Group’s subsidiaries to discuss how the company can collectively make a greater impact on health through precision technology.

2. Suset Silva

Suset Silva plays a vital role in shaping the identity and voice of LifeLabs Medical Laboratories, leading its efforts in culture, communications, and engagement. A strategic and visionary leader, Silva drives cross-Canada initiatives through communication strategies, media relations, and authentic stakeholder engagement.
Silva is a champion for projects that prioritize inclusivity and diversity and is a steward of LifeLabs’ ‘Stronger Together’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program. Her commitment to creating an empowering environment has not only enhanced company culture but has also significantly strengthened LifeLabs’ relationship within its communities.
Silva has a comprehensive understanding of the LifeLabs organization and serves as a key strategic advisor, providing insight and solutions. She has led communications during numerous pivotal moments for LifeLabs, focusing on delivering strategic, transparent, and well-executed messaging. As a values-based leader, she is driven by her connection to purpose, excellence, authenticity, and integrity shaping her service leadership philosophy of building and coaching high-performing, engaged teams.
With a distinguished career in healthcare communications that spans over two decades, Silva has made an indelible impact on the industry. Her industry contributions include volunteering for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) as a mentor to future communicators and award nomination review committee for the Gold Quill Award of Communication Excellence.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in professional communication from Royal Roads University and is a graduate of the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management’s Women’s Executive Leadership – The Judy Project and Healthcare Leadership programs.
3. Chitra Kotwaliwale
Firm: Natera
Title: SVP Clinical & Commercial Operations, Portfolio Management
Chitra Kotwaliwale serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical and Commercial Operations and Portfolio Management. She joined Natera in 2019 and has held multiple roles across product management and strategy, overseeing product management for the women’s health team, managing overall strategic planning and PMO for Engineering/R&D, and coordinating global product strategy.
Prior to joining Natera, Kotwaliwale served as director of product marketing at Agilent Technologies, where she managed the company’s product management team responsible for target enrichment content products for rare diseases and oncology. She previously served as senior product manager of sequencing at Complete Genomics, and prior to that, as a computational biologist at Adaptive Biotechnologies (formerly Squenta).
Kotwaliwale holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of Wooster and a Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology from the University of Washington and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. She completed her postdoctoral fellowships at the University of California, Berkeley.
4. Nish Parekh
Firm: Omnicell
Title: Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer
Nish Parekh re-joined Omnicell in June 2023 as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer. With a proven track record in leading global product management organizations, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions. As leader of Omnicell’s global product management organization and North American marketing, Parekh drives innovation across product and services development, design, program management, marketing intelligence, and business development.
Following product leadership roles at AppliedVR, Omnicell, IBM Watson Health, and Epic Systems, she has a deep understanding of delivering end-to-end product experiences that solve meaningful problems and delight customers. Parekh graduated from Emory University at the Goizueta Business School with a degree in finance.
5. Carla da Luz Boren

Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
Carla da Luz Boren is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Corza Medical. She brings more than 20 years of deep experience leading HR strategy, execution, people and teams for global, growth-oriented public and private companies in the life sciences and medical device industries.
Prior to joining Corza Medical in 2021, Boren served in several senior leadership roles, most recently as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at Otonomy. She also held various global senior leadership positions at Life Technologies/Thermo Fisher, where she excelled as Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Boren practiced law at prominent firms including DLA Piper and Littler Mendelson.
Boren holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy of industrial societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles.
6. Moliehi Weitnauer

Title: Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Moliehi Weitnauer drives the product strategy and roadmap for MRO. MRO is accelerating the exchange of clinical data throughout the healthcare ecosystem on behalf of providers, payers, and users of clinical data. By utilizing industry-leading solutions and incorporating the latest technology, MRO facilitates the efficient management and exchange of clinical data for all stakeholders.
Weitnauer has proven to be a visionary leader, consistently shaping the direction of MRO’s product portfolio and overall business strategy. Her ability to anticipate market shifts and translate those insights into actionable plans has been a cornerstone of MRO’s growth since she joined the organization in January 2023.
Whether developing new products or enhancing existing ones, Weitnauer ensures that each initiative aligns with both short-term objectives and MRO’s long-term strategic goals. Her talent for crafting comprehensive business strategies has resulted in highly successful product launches, driving both innovation and profitability across the organization.
Before coming to MRO, Weitnauer was the SVP of Corporate and Product Strategy at Cotiviti, a healthcare company helping healthcare payers manage medical costs and advance care quality. Prior to Cotiviti, Weitnauer was at FinThrive, a provider-focused company, where she led product management for its portfolio of billing and denials management technology solutions.
Weitnauer spent the earlier part of her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and The Bridgespan Group. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and economics from Smith College and got her master’s degree in health policy and management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
7. Ginny Blocki
Firm: Embecta
Title: SVP, Global Marketing and Product Management
Ginny Blocki serves as the SVP, Global Marketing and Product Management of embecta, where she helped lead the business through a spinoff into an independent, publicly traded company. Since the spinoff, Blocki has been an integral part of the leadership team, focusing on corporate priorities including developing and executing a new corporate brand, leading and sponsoring key programs, initiating strategic product identification, launch and rebranding efforts, and standing up a global marketing organization.
Prior to her work at embecta, Blocki held key executive roles with Baxter, Assertio Therapeutics, Abbott Laboratories, Baxalta (a spinoff from Baxter), and Takeda, where she played a vital role in driving results through innovative strategies, strong execution, and high performing teams.
Throughout her career, Blocki has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in general management, marketing, strategy, market access, and sales. She has a proven track record of building successful businesses and developing strong brands through different phases of product development, working with cross-functional teams on a regional, national, and global scale.
Blocki holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University. She’s also a Kellogg School of Management alum having completed the Executive Scholar Program in general management.
8. Anna Lucsok
Firm: Zynex Medical
Title: Chief Operating Officer
Anna Lucsok is the Chief Operating Officer of Zynex Medical. Zynex, founded in 1996, markets and sells its own design of electrotherapy medical devices used for pain management and rehabilitation; and the company’s proprietary NeuroMove device, designed to help recovery of stroke and spinal cord injury patients.
Lucsok previously served as Vice President of Reimbursement and Sales Operations with Zynex Medical. In this position she was responsible for leading and expanding Zynex’s order, reimbursement, patient experience, and inside sales support operations. During her tenure each of these teams have consistently achieved quarterly targets, while also expanding in size. Lucsok brings more than nine years of healthcare operations experience as well as critical knowledge of revenue cycle management and medical care collections.
Lucsok has been involved in various operations positions as well as management positions with Zynex since her start in 2018, including serving as billing manager. She’s previously held key positions with companies including the University of Colorado Hospital, the U.S. Air Force in Germany and Japan, and Schryver Medical. Lucsok holds certification in medical billing and completed her degree in healthcare administration and management from Colorado State University.
9. Bevey Miner
Firm: Consensus Cloud Solutions
Title: EVP Healthcare Strategy and Policy
Bevey Miner is Executive Vice President of Healthcare Strategy and Policy for Consensus Cloud Solutions. She has been instrumental in leading healthcare strategy, product launches, business development, marketing, and commercialization for the company.
Bevey has established herself as a leading healthcare voice on tech equity, arguing that it is critical to achieving health equity. In doing so, she cemented Consensus as a global leader of digital cloud fax technology and provider of interoperability solutions, as a thought leader and partner with healthcare stakeholders in designing pragmatic solutions that benefit our most vulnerable patient populations.
Miner has spoken to leaders at the Office for the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal legislators on digital health policy. She led Consensus’ response to the ONC on their Health Equity by Design plan, commenting on proposed strategies for modernizing systems for public health data exchange and the CDC’s Data Modernization Initiative. She has also commented on The ONC 2024-2023 Strategic Road Map, the CHAI guideline for implementing AI in healthcare, and HTI-2.
Miner has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and digital health. Prior to joining Consensus, Bevey served in executive roles with companies including Allscripts, NextGen EHR, Healthloop/Getwell Networks and Ginger.io, where she was instrumental in making meaningful changes in the way healthcare technology can advance patient care, detect behavioral health issues and prevent harmful errors from occurring during workflow. Miner has been considered a healthcare luminary speaking at many conferences and as a guest on webinars.
10. Molly Henderson
Firm: Phathom Pharmaceuticals
Title: Chief Financial and Business Officer
As Chief Financial and Business Officer, Molly Henderson has been instrumental in driving Phathom’s success, including helping to raise significant capital to fuel the company’s strategic growth and further support the commercial launch of the first innovation in the U.S. for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in over three decades.
Prior to joining Phathom, Henderson was the Chief Financial Officer of UroGen Pharma, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on building novel treatments for specialty cancers and urologic disease. She has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ms. Henderson has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Advaxis, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Iovance Biotherapeutics (formerly Lion Biotechnologies), and prior to that, the Chief Business and Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of VirtualScopics. Additionally, she served as a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Calliditas Therapeutics AB.
Ms. Henderson earned her MBA and master’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
11. Casandra Mangroo
Firm: BenchSci
Title: Senior Vice President of Product and Science
As SVP of Product and Science at BenchSci, Casandra Mangroo has been instrumental in developing the company’s product vision to accelerate preclinical drug discovery by empowering scientists in leading research laboratories with cutting-edge deep learning technology through BenchSci’s ASCEND platform.
Mangroo leads BenchSci’s science and product teams, which are focused on helping research scientists perform due diligence and execute successful experiments to accelerate the pace of therapeutic discoveries in preclinical drug discovery. She works closely with executive leadership and scientists across top pharmaceutical companies to translate organizational research challenges into impactful solutions. In collaboration with technical, scientific and commercial teams, she defines platform strategy through data, ML, and product initiatives.
Mangroo is equally passionate about diversity in STEM. As the executive sponsor of BenchSci’s first ERG, BenchShe+, she mentors and empowers women leaders in tech.
12. Marina Dorotheo

Title: Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
As Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Marina Dorotheo oversees Welldoc’s corporate, marketing and communications strategy driving the company’s brand, partnerships across healthcare organizations, as well as awareness, education and engagement with consumers and healthcare professionals.
With more than a decade of experience at the forefront of digital health, Dorotheo has been instrumental in transforming innovative ideas into tangible solutions that improve patient outcomes. At Welldoc, she has played a pivotal role in evolving the company’s platform and capabilities, from an FDA-approved singularly focused on diabetes to a comprehensive multi-condition platform across cardiometabolic conditions.
Prior to Welldoc, Dorotheo worked at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, where she led digital health innovations focused on severe mental illness. Dorotheo received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Georgia Tech and a master’s degree in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Given her expertise in mental health, she currently serves as a board member of the nonprofit organization Schizophrenia and Psychosis Action Alliance.
13. Lee Ann Fachko
Firm: Burlington Medical
Title: Chief Executive Officer
After spending a decade leading Beekley Medical Corporation’s sales organization, Lee Ann Fachko joined Burlington Medical as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, rising to CEO within four years. As Senior VP, Fachko fostered a profound sense of purpose among Burlington’s employees, highlighting their role as artisans creating lifesaving radiation protection garments.
Later, as CEO, she strategically propelled the company’s growth by acquiring two key competitors, fortifying Burlington’s place in the industry. Burlington Medical is a leading global provider of radiation protection solutions, committed to developing innovative products that serve and protect healthcare professionals who save lives.
With more than 25 years of experience in the medical device and biotech industries, Fachko continues to shape Burlington’s future, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and positioning it as a vertically integrated global leader in the radiation protection industry. Fachko graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with an undergraduate degree in accounting.
14. Dr. Anne Snowdon
Firm: HIMSS
Title: Chief Scientific Research Officer
Dr. Anne Snowdon is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Snowdon is also the Chief Scientific Research Officer for HIMSS, currently a well-established program of research focused on digital health, digitally enabled supply chain capacity to deliver safe and equitable care to patients, strengthening economic value and health system performance for global health systems.
Currently, Dr. Snowdon is a member of the Ontario Research Fund Advisory Board, an Adjunct Faculty at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Windsor, the School of Nursing at Dalhousie University and the Centre for Innovative Medical Technology (CIMT), at the University of Southern Denmark.
Dr. Snowdon has published more than 150 research articles, papers and cases, has received over $25 million in research funding, holds patents and has commercialized a highly successful booster seat product for children traveling in vehicles, and is a Fulbright Scholar. She holds a Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree from McGill University, and a bachelor’s degree from Western University.
15. Dr. Ye Zhang
Firm: Arcturus Therapeutics
Title: Chief Regulatory Officer
Dr. Ye Zhang is the Chief Regulatory Officer for Arcturus Therapeutics, where she established the Regulatory Affairs department and oversees regulatory strategy, regulatory CMC, regulatory operation and labeling to support the development of vaccines and rare disease therapeutics. Arcturus is a commercial messenger RNA medicines company focused on the development of infectious disease vaccines and opportunities within liver and respiratory rare diseases.
Arcturus has the proprietary lipid nanoparticle delivery system (LUNAR), as well as the proprietary Self-Transcribing and Replicating RNA technology (STARR). Arcturus developed KOSTAIVE, the first self-amplifying messenger RNA (sa-mRNA) COVID vaccine in the world to receive approval.
Dr. Zhang has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory and drug development for vaccines, biologics and small molecules. Prior to joining Arcturus Therapeutics, Dr. Zhang held various roles of increasing responsibility at Merck, where she was responsible for more than 10 vaccines in development and life-cycle management and had extensive experience in working with FDA, EMA, PMDA, MHRA, NMPA, TGA, and other regulatory authorities. She also worked at the FDA, where she reviewed more than 60 drug applications and gained extensive regulatory experience.
Dr. Zhang received a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Colorado, and an MD from the Medical School of Peking University. Dr. Zhang is a lifetime member of the Food and Drug Administration Alumni Association (FDAAA) and serves as a board director for Alliance for mRNA Medicine (AMM).
16. Lisa Morella
Firm: CodaMetrix
Title: SVP of Data and Analytics
Lisa Morella, MBA, is CodaMetrix’s SVP of Analytics and Data Governance, leading data lakehouse, integration and business teams. With more than 15 years at Mass General Brigham (MGB), she spearheaded enterprise-wide data platform initiatives and drove a 400 percent increase in Tableau platform adoption. With extensive experience in data governance, security, and analytics, Morella has been instrumental in aligning CodaMetrix’s AI/ML capabilities to meet the complex needs of healthcare organizations and transform their revenue cycles.
17. Angela Cromer
Firm: Angle Health
Title: Head of Health Plan Operations
Angela Cromer is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in health insurance. Driven by a passion for advancing technology in healthcare, Cromer joined Angle Health, an AI-enabled, member- and patient-centric healthcare company democratizing access to modern healthcare services through its custom, full-service health plans for employers. Cromer serves as Head of Health Plan Operations at Angle Health and President and General Manager of its third-party administrator (TPA) entity.
Cromer is a results-driven leader who takes extreme ownership in transforming underperforming processes and teams into high-functioning, efficient, and self-sustaining units. With deep expertise in operational processes and relationship management, she aims to simplify the complexities of health insurance. By uniting engineering and business leaders, her teams have increased productivity by over 150 percent and eliminated numerous manual and inefficient processes.
Cromer has also led direct-to-employer initiatives with major hospital systems nationwide. She is deeply committed to helping and mentoring others, crediting her early customer service experience for shaping her understanding of healthcare’s complexities and for developing her into the dedicated professional she is today.
18. Karen Tubridy
Firm: Abcuro
Title: Chief Operating Officer
Karen Tubridy is the Chief Operating Officer of Abcuro. She brings more than 30 years of experience in drug development strategy and operations supporting novel and first-in-class therapeutics. Previously, Karen served as a Chief Development Officer at Verseau Therapeutics, Akebia Therapeutics, and Eleven Bio. She has had responsibility for driving global program strategies to IND, NDA and J-NDA filings
In addition, she has had responsibility for oversight of drug development operations including the build out of core R&D infrastructure and quality systems. Previously, she held senior positions in clinical and regulatory operations at Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals, Taligen Therapeutics (acquired by Alexion) and Syntonix Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Biogen). She held a senior position at AVANT Immunotherapeutics directing several vaccine programs and held positions of increasing responsibility in clinical research and medical affairs at Genetics Institute/Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she directed hematology and oncology programs. Karen holds a B.S. in pharmacy and a PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences.
19. Sheila Bailey
Firm: Vizzia Technologies
Title: CFO
Sheila Bailey has led the financial strategy and operations of Vizzia Technologies as Chief Financial Officer for the past six years. In 2024, Vizzia was acquired by HID Corporation, a subsidiary of the $13 billion Assa Abloy Group.
Bailey has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership for high growth technology companies. She served as Vice President of Finance for Luma, a Wi-Fi solutions startup. Luma raised $22 million from Amazon, Google and Andreessen Horowitz, and was acquired by Newell Brands. Bailey was Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Finance for Rubicon Technologies, a venture-backed technology company.
Additionally, she has held several financial leadership positions at Gypsum Management & Supply, leading up to its $147 million IPO. Bailey received her MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Emory University. She also studied at Harvard University and the University of London.
19. Lisa Bond Brewer
Firm: UST HealthProof
Title: Chief Communications Officer
An accomplished communications strategist, Lisa Bond Brewer leads communications initiatives at UST HealthProof, where she guides the company’s messaging and builds its reputation.
In 2024, Brewer led UST HealthProof through a successful rebrand and website launch. Working closely with the marketing team, she ensured both initiatives effectively showcased the company’s evolution. The rebrand reflected UST HealthProof’s growth from a service provider to an industry leader in healthcare technology solutions. Her team developed clear messaging that resonated with clients while maintaining the trusted relationships built under the previous brand.
Brewer brings 30 years of leadership experience in education, finance, and healthcare to her role. Her expertise spans change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), corporate reputation, branding, issues management, and internal communications.
As UST HealthProof’s communications leader, Brewer directs strategic messaging that helps the company navigate complex challenges and connect with its audiences effectively.
20. Ali Morin

Title: Chief Nursing Informatics Officer
Ali Morin is the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer of Symplr. As a board-certified clinical informatics nurse with more than 20 years of direct and operational healthcare IT experience, Morin is a leader in strategic and operational nursing communication and technology-enabled care delivery.
Morin has extensive experience with adopting process change to maximize patient safety, quality of care, and operational efficiency. She has led the development, deployment, re-engineering, optimization, and integration of clinical information systems and is well-versed in ensuring continuous clinical regulatory readiness.
Externally, Morin represents symplr on the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Vendor CNO/CNIO working group, the Alliance for Nursing Informatics (ANI) Policy Committee, and is co-leader of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Digital Transformation Competency Workgroup. As part of her work with AONL, Morin helped develop new guiding principles that ensure nurse leaders are equipped with the necessary skills to support and lead digital health strategies and transformations.
20. Brie Solitario

Title: Director of Service Operations
Brie Solitario, Director of Service Operations at PartsSource, has a distinguished career marked by strong leadership, a deep technical foundation, and a focus on continuous improvement in service of customers. Since joining PartsSource in February 2020, Brie has played a key role in launching and scaling the company’s On-Demand Service and Depot Service business, driving growth from a team of two to a successful operation serving thousands of customers.
Solitario has consistently refined On-Demand Service offerings and overseen substantial improvements in customer communication, turnaround times, and service quality. Her ability to leverage technology to streamline operations through advancements in Salesforce and PartsSource.com, has been instrumental in the company’s success.
Solitario holds several certifications that complement her technical expertise and leadership capabilities. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Kent State University, a graduate of the Value-Based Leadership Program at Zimmer Biomet, and an alumna of Ohio University’s Leadership Development Program. Additionally, she is certified in AAMI Quality System Requirements and AAMI Process Validation Requirements and Industry Practice.
Before her role at PartsSource, Solitario held various leadership positions at Zimmer Biomet Surgical, where she honed her skills in operations management, engineering, and continuous improvement.
