Ohio Cleveland (WOIO) -Proting site Indeed announced the top job in 2025, and a healthcare -related job was ranked in the top 25 of the list. So, because there are three major medical systems in Cleveland, will highly demanded jobs be pulled out by industry competition, or are they attracted?

Dr. Christin, President and CEO of Metro Health, said, “How to manage these positions, how to create a position, and how to train for that position. We need to think very aggressively about how to hire and maintain. ” Alexander.

The occupation on the list included a regular nurse, a radiologist, and a doctor.

However, Dr. Alexander explains that the hospital is still recovering from the pandemic hole.

“We were trying to recover from it and trying to return the staffing to the level before the pandemic,” said Dr. Alexander. “We are still at that stage.”

According to the Labor Statistics Bureau, last year, employees in the industry were pulled out, and more than 900,000 medical and social assistance work was added.

However, Metro Health CEO believes that a variety of combinations of medical options of Cleveland will continue to attract human resources in the future.

She states that what is provided by each medical system is different.

“If you want to be a member of the all -in -type place that thinks about all the patients and do the right thing for the patient, we will always make the culture and mission at the center of our activities.” Community, that attracts people, “said Dr. Alexander.

It's not the only one who is bullish for Cleveland's 2025 healthcare industry.

“We are already working as an employee. A few years ago, Cleveland City and Cleveland Works, along with several other investors and Kayahoga -gun, are called Workforce Fanders Group. “I did,” said Michel Rose, CEO of Greater Cleveland Works.

This allows people to get connections as well as work and training. Provides another pipeline to attract staff to the area.

“Healthcare is the most important field for us, and it is very encouraging from the perspective of labor,” says Rose.

Despite the intense competition in the industry, Dr. Alexander believes that Cleveland can provide new employees in the medical industry, which has the chance to escape from pandemic shortage.

“Every time we escape from the pandemic, we have achieved some stability,” said Dr. Alexander.
