LINCOLN, Nevada (Coln) – A 63-year-old janitor accused of sexually assaulting a patient in a Lincoln nursing home was arrested Saturday.
Officers were called to an emerald nursing home near South Avenue and 10th Avenue just before 12:30pm to report the assault.
Employees reported finding Lincoln caretaker Delard Wiltshire in the room of a 78-year-old female dementia patient with closed doors. Police said Wiltshire was caught groping for a victim while partially undressed.
Officers conducted multiple interviews and arrested Wiltshire on suspicion of abuse of a vulnerable adult and third-degree sexual assault.
