The findings underscore the need for organizations to shift their perceptions of mobile technology from “business costs” to strategic enablers of profitability and growth.

Important insights from research

1) Worker safety:

80% of respondents rank worker safety as a serious concern. Technologies such as mobile devices with GPS and panic button capabilities are key strategies to mitigate the risks of lonely workers.

2) Staffing:

The industry faces an average annual caregiver turnover rate of 46%, and technology plays a key role in improving job satisfaction and retention.

3) Finance:

Agents spend on average $288 With mobile technology for each caregiver, 68% prioritize performance and durability over price when choosing a device. SmartSim and Communication Cost Management (TEM) solutions have emerged as key tools for reducing costs and optimizing connectivity.

4) Technology:

79% of respondents use AI, and applications range from productivity gains to patient engagement tools. Security remains a top priority, with 92% of organizations planning to make improvements to protect sensitive patient data.
