Rosenberg is 16th Last year's partners have joined Shepherd Marin's rapidly growing healthcare team, following recent Lateral Partners Besen, Margia Corner, Elisha Koble, Scarlett Singleton Nokes and Whit Cesandry Wheelock.
Rosenberg represents some of the nation's largest health plans in the construction and negotiation of arrangements with the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM). He also advises joint venture PBMS and other strategic transactions with industry partners. For more than 20 years, Rosenberg has advised health plans, healthcare providers and other healthcare organizations on innovative mergers, joint ventures and other strategic collaborations. Beyond healthcare, he has also worked with public and private companies in the industry, including government contracts, transportation, media, technology and communications. Rosenberg also represents private equity funds in relation to investments in healthcare and other industries.
