December 24, 2025 // Franchising.com // Waco Temple Bryan, TX — Senior Helping Seniors® has grown in recent years by building a workforce of talented caregivers who develop meaningful relationships with the elderly care recipients. Now, local resident Tammy Dudecka has opened a new location serving Bell and Coryell counties.
For Dudeczka, opening a Seniors Helping Seniors® location marks the next chapter in a lifelong commitment to helping others. After decades in the corporate healthcare industry, Dudecka felt the need to pursue work that was more personal and had a direct impact. Her decision was inspired by her own family's experiences and a deep desire to help seniors age with dignity and independence.
“I wanted to make a difference in people's lives in a practical and personal way,” Dudecka said. “Seniors Helping Seniors® allows seniors to stay home and support their families through difficult times.”
Demand for home care for the mature population continues to grow, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reporting that nearly 70% of retirees will require some form of long-term care. Seniors Helping Seniors® is expanding in Texas with its unique caregiving services and approach to matching caregivers with caregivers. The new location in Belton will be the company's 15th location in the state and will focus on serving the communities of Bell and Coryell counties.
“We have become a leader in our industry by prioritizing the best possible care for seniors, and that means partnering with only the most passionate and hard-working franchisees,” said Namrata Yokom Jan, President of Seniors Helping Seniors®. “That's exactly what we found in Tammy as our new franchisee partner, who is equipped to provide unparalleled in-home services to people in need across Texas.
