Phil's work includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and operational matters for private corporations, health systems, hospitals, digital health companies, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, home health providers, hospices, and other healthcare companies. Phil also guides multinational technology companies entering the digital health space and represents public health equipment, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies in securities offerings.
His expertise includes negotiating a variety of health care arrangements and provider agreements, transitioning large physician groups, and handling specialty services and affiliation agreements. On the regulatory side, Phil regularly advises on compliance, liability, and major healthcare laws, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Law, and HIPAA/Hitech.
