These facilities are absolute care for the Elderwood locations in Gasport, Garden Gate, Northgate Manor, Rockport and Williamsville.
Later Monday, Williamsville's comprehensive rehabilitation and nursing center and Scofield residences reached terms on a three-year interim agreement. Workers at these facilities will have the opportunity to review and vote in the coming days.
McGuire Group, which owns the facility's fierce one, issued a statement Tuesday.

We hope that residents, their families and those who are implementing staff to compensate for the staffing of staff nursing staff levels, as they are ready to maintain the highest standards of care during this time. Facilities from other facilities in New York State in the West continue to be our number one priority.”
