As the official health care partner of Tri-C Athletics, MetroHealth sports medicine experts are on hand at all Tri-C practices and events to assist with training and injuries. MetroHealth experts will also perform preseason physicals and concussion testing on Tri-C athletes to ensure caregivers have baseline data to accurately diagnose concussions. is.

MetroHealth's sports medicine program includes caregivers in the health system's orthopedics and physical therapy and rehabilitation programs. Tri-C is part of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference. Men's sports programs include baseball, basketball, and soccer. Women's sports include basketball, softball, cross country, track and field, and volleyball. In the 2023-2024 school year, Tri-C won league championships in women's basketball and baseball and earned its first OCCAC All-Sports Trophy.
