President Donald Trump's July 4th signing the 2025 Budget Settlement Bill Act marks one of the most consequent overhauls of federal health policy since the Affordable Care Act (ACA). To help educate clients about their impact, Holland & Knight's Health Care Policy Team invites you in a series of webinars that cover in greater detail what this law means for the healthcare industry.

In this first webinar, our lawyers and experts discuss the most important changes to one big beautiful bill law targeting the Medicaid program and dig deep into how our clients can prepare.

Topics include:

Add a refund level cap for state payment programs to reduce the impact on communities not receiving deadlines for eligibility lookback updates and eligibility verification process deadlines
