Police say one man is dead and another man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a shooting in the parking lot of a Waterville, Maine, nursing home early Tuesday morning.

According to state police, the body of Stephen Killam, 47, of Fairfield, was found at Mount Joseph at Waterville Senior Citizens on Highwood Street after gunshots were reported to local police around 6:29 a.m. It was discovered in the parking lot of the home.
