San Diego police are seeking the public's help in finding the 47-year-old woman who authorities say has been diagnosed with diabetes, has suffered a mental decline and has been reported missing after being last seen in San Diego.
Azcena Horta Quentas was reported missing from a post-coast nursing home at 2828 Meadow Lark Drive around 4pm on Tuesday, the San Diego Police Department said.
The Horta Cuentas has a Latina, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. She might be wearing a red sweatshirt with black polka dots and grey sweatpants. Horta Cuentas may be wearing a medical-style bracelet with contact information, authorities said.
