The caretaker of a Lincoln nursing home has been accused of inappropriately touching patients, authorities said. Delard Wiltshire was arrested for abuse of a vulnerable adult and third-degree sexual assault, Lincoln police said. Lincoln police said dementia, in which the door is closed and partially undressed, was reported by an employee that Wiltshire was found to be inappropriately touching the patient. Lincoln, Nevada –

The caretaker of a Lincoln nursing home has been accused of inappropriately touching patients, authorities said.

Delard Wiltshire was arrested for abuse of a vulnerable adult and third-degree sexual assault, Lincoln police said.

On March 22, officers responded to the Emerald Nursing Home in Lincoln for the reported assault, investigators said.

The employee reported finding janitor Wiltshire in the room of a 78-year-old woman with dementia, with the door closed, in the room of a 78-year-old woman with dementia, Lincoln police said.

Investigators said the employee reported that Wiltshire was found to be inappropriately touching the patient.
