Kyndryl will work with Microsoft to bring Dragon Copilot to the market

Dragon Capillo enabled by ambienting speech recognition that drives generative AI

new york, March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -Kyndryl (NYSE:KD) is the world's largest IT infrastructure service provider and today announced that it will partner with Microsoft to support the recruitment and deployment of new AI-Powered Healthcare Assistants. Kyndryl will work with Microsoft as a strategic partner in the new Microsoft Dragon Copilot solution that uses natural language capabilities powered by voice dictation, ambienting and generating AI to automate clinical documents, improve management efficiency, and enable clinicians to focus on patient care.

Kyndryl supports Dragon Copilot's customer recruitment by providing services to enable.

Clinician Efficiency: Dragon Copilot automates document and management tasks, shifts more time into patient care, optimizes each patient's encounters, and reduces the management burden on healthcare providers. Optimized Workflow: AI Assistant surfaces relevant information, document care with ambient note creation, and receive recording suggestions without leaving the workflow. Positive Patient Experience: By implementing Dragon Capillot, ambientilation will help clinicians automate both clinical and nonclinical tasks, such as summarizing notes and evidence, preparing orders, drafting summarizing post-visit summarizing, allowing clinicians to focus on patients rather than workstations. Better Care: With clinicians supporting their daily work, Dragon Copilot helps improve the patient's experience and overall quality of care. Security and Privacy: As part of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Dragon Copilot prioritizes the security, safety and privacy of patient data.
