Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home was awarded the 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights (formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight).
Eligibility for the Customer Experience Award means that Georgia War Veterans Nursing Facilities have been consistently ranked in the top 15% of care providers nationwide for the past 12 months. This was his 10th year, earning the highest honor in his class and a Customer Experience Award.
This category includes overall satisfaction, nursing, food service, food quality, cleanliness, laundry services, community from the facility, addressing issues, dignity and respect, recommendations for others, activities, admission process, safety and security, and overall customer experience.

“Being recognized at the Customer Experience Awards means we continue to ensure that residents and families are satisfied and receive the best care available,” said Carlton Dees, executive director of Georgia War Veterans Nursing Facilities. “This recognition is a validation of the efforts and commitment of staff to provide the best possible care to residents and their families.”
Throughout 2024, activated insights engaged in monthly phone interviews with residents of the Georgia War and their families. These conversations included open-ended questions and ratings across a variety of categories.
Deese said staff is the basis for achieving this type of awareness, saying that mission is critical to the organization's ongoing success and understands the level of commitment needed to satisfy residents and families at a high level.
