Vice President Kamala Harris repeatedly called for passage of Medicare for All. She is a co-sponsor of Sen. Bernie Sanders' bill and has expressed support for it multiple times. During the 2019 presidential primary campaign, she called for a move to a Medicare-for-all system.
“So the most important thing is that everyone has access to health care,” Harris said. “That's the goal. That's what I support the 'Medicare for All' policy for,” she said in 2019.

But this year, his campaign told media outlets like Fox that he no longer supports the plan and is instead focused on improving and expanding Obamacare.
