Rebekah Fincher, Chief Admin Officer of Conway Regional Health System, has been named one of the great leaders of health care of 2025 by Becker's hospital review. This perception highlights her contributions to health care leadership, strategic growth and increased access to care.

Fincher will be on a prominent list of CEOs, presidents and senior executives across the country who are recognized for their efforts to drive innovation, promote inclusion and improve patient and provider experience. Becker's Hospital Review, a leading source of healthcare industry insights, is a selected recipient based on nominations and editorial research.

At Conway Regional, Fincher plays a key role in recruiting physicians and expanding services, ensuring greater access to primary and professional care. She also oversees the health system's graduate medical education program, which trains more than 30 doctors each year, shaping the future of healthcare in the region.
