WAVE visited the home in Norton Commons on Tuesday that will be raffled off to one lucky person on Nov. 23rd.

This year’s home is 3,000 square feet. It has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. One advantage is that the home is near the Town Center.

Anyone can come and see it in person starting this Saturday, September 28th. The open house will run every Saturday and Sunday through November 17th.

Ramage built this year’s home as well as the home that will be won in the 2023 lottery.

“I think we’re all just excited,” said David Ramage, founder and president of Ramage Co. “It’s got to be a lot of pieces coming together at the end.”

Instead of receiving a home, the grand prize winner will be able to choose a cash prize of $500,000, according to the announcement.

Tickets are $100 each and only 18,000 will be available for sale. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit Norton Children’s’ website or call (502) 420-4299.
