CareTech has acquired high quality home health, a Wyoming-based agency that has served the Laramie community since 2001. The acquisition is expected to strengthen CareTech's presence throughout the Rocky Mountains region and strengthen its commitment to providing people-centered care in rural areas.
“We're excellent together,” CareTech president and CFO Prateek Aneja said in a statement. “High-quality home healthcare has been impressed by the longevity and values that closely align with ourselves. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to caring, family-centered care.”
CareTech continues to provide and enhance skilled nursing and certified nursing assistant services throughout Wyoming. This includes support from wound care, medication management, infusions and other complex health needs, all in the comfort of the client's home.
A nurse director has also been added to the company's Nebraska site, providing additional clinical leadership and support across both states.
According to CareTech, quality home health clients will not face disruptions in care, leaving caregivers and staff members there to stay. Additionally, high quality home healthcare is integrated into CareTech's platform to improve operations, scheduling, compliance and caregiver empowerment.
High-quality home health names have completely moved to the CareTech brand, creating a unified presence throughout the region.
The acquisition is the first of several planned initiatives, the company noted, as part of CareTech's vision to become a major provider across its footprint.
