Home Care for Jewish Families is partnering with MedBetterHealth to increase access to comprehensive home dementia care for patients and caregivers in South Florida.
This partnership allows home care for Jewish families based in Plantation, Florida, to deliver dementia care using the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guided model.
Home Care for Jewish Families provides a wide range of non-healthy home health services for seniors in Broward County, Florida. Serving more than 400 clients, including over 300 Holocaust survivors, the company offers home aides, peers, housekeepers and certified nursing assistants.

HealthSure 3X launches a virtual home service app
Healthsure 3X, a New Jersey, New Jersey health technology company, has launched a mobile app that allows patients to connect with licensed health professionals through virtual home health care.
The app offers patient-centric services such as virtual visits, remote monitoring and follow-up care. Available on both Android and iOS platforms.
Patients can schedule appointments, consult with healthcare professionals via secure video sessions and messaging, and receive personalized advice for ongoing care. The platform is built with HIPAA-approved security measures to ensure data privacy and security.

Expanding at home in North Carolina
