Chicago – August 6, 2025: Crowell & Moring today announced that a group of 16 highly regarded medical litigation partners will join the company along with their team, led by skilled trial lawyer Martin J. Bishop. The strategic combination creates one of the nation's largest healthcare practices and expands our ability to provide clients with the full scope of litigation, investigation, regulation, trading and recovery capabilities across the industry. The team joined from Reed Smith, where Bishop served on the company's executive committee.

They have filed lawsuits in all 50 states and are counselling major managed care companies navigating increasingly complex and dynamic landscapes.
