A new inspection rating system for social care providers in Wales is being launched next week. A former chief nursing officer (CNO) for Scotland has been appointed as chair of the Scottish Police Authority (SPA), it has been announced. Lawmakers on the Isle of Man have approved legislation on legalising assisted dying. Final amendments to the Assisted Dying Bill 2023 were agreed by members of the legislative council on 25 March.
