“We're looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Alger Fung, CEO of Aia Hong Kong & Macau. “It is important that society continues to invest in better healthcare, representing an increase in our economy and an even greater share of our hopes for a sustainable and resilient future across all generations.

Hong Kong's healthcare system is widely recognized for its professionalism, trust and exceptional outcomes, but it faces increased pressures from demographic changes, healthcare inflation and increased demand in both the public and private sectors.

As a deeply rooted insurance company in Hong Kong, AIA is committed to supporting our society in overcoming these urgent challenges. We believe that meaningful change begins with collective actions led by a shared sense of conscience and responsibility. Thanks to the valuable contributions of all participants, the summit has united the alliance marking the beginning of a shared journey to build a more inclusive and sustainable healthcare system for our community and future generations.

But this is just the beginning. The future relies on the continuous and intentional actions of all stakeholders. Together, we can play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare systems that allow people to live healthier, longer and better lives. ”
