Elite Senior Care Professionals (ESCP) are licensed private home care providers for seniors who require assistance with daily activities. Many seniors need some assistance to perform certain tasks, but do not want to move into a senior housing facility. ESCP provides in-home care that allows seniors to remain in their homes and maintain their independence. Such assistance may include nursing care, light housekeeping assistance, assistance with medication management, companionship, assistance with dressing, running errands, personal hygiene assistance, and assistance with a wide range of activities of daily living.

The company was founded by Dr. Bill W. Massey and his wife Renee. Renee has been in the senior care industry for over 14 years and owns Grace Gardens, an assisted living facility located in Metter, Georgia. Renee received her bachelor's degree from the University of Montreal in Quebec. She earned a degree in Health Sciences with a specialization in Gerontology from the University of Moncton and a Master's degree in Business and Management from Georgia Southern University.

Dr. Massey is a neuropharmacologist, pharmacogeneticist, life sciences expert, senior executive, inventor, and entrepreneur. He has held professorships at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Massey is internationally renowned for his research and research into brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and schizophrenia.

Together, they offer a unique expertise and knowledge base for senior care.
