FOX 1st: Former Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal says if the Harris administration moves forward with Medicare for All, more than 12 million undocumented immigrants will join the program and pay into it. They warn that it will affect Americans. , and invite more illegal immigrants to the United States.

“The cost of the program will be even higher. It will be more difficult to see a doctor. Spending will increase by $2 trillion. It will lead to significant cuts in health care providers. It will have a devastating impact,” he told FOX. News Digital interview. “And in the middle of all this, Kamala Harris wants to add 12 million illegal immigrants.”

Jindal has teamed up with the America First Institute to release a video warning of the five biggest dangers of Medicare for All, a long-held policy goal of left-wing Democrats.

President Trump warns against illegal immigrant killers: “We have a lot of bad genes in our country''

Vice President Kamala Harris repeatedly called for passage of Medicare for All. She is a co-sponsor of Sen. Bernie Sanders' bill and has expressed support for it multiple times. During the 2019 presidential primary campaign, she called for a move to a Medicare-for-all system.

“So the most important thing is that everyone has access to health care,” Harris said. “That's the goal. That's what I support the 'Medicare for All' policy for,” she said in 2019.

He said that includes people who are in the country illegally.

“I oppose any policy in our country that denies any human being access to public safety, public education, and public health, and rightly so,” she said.

But this year, his campaign told media outlets like Fox that he no longer supports the plan and is instead focused on improving and expanding Obamacare. Her campaign website states that she will “improve affordability by expanding and strengthening the Affordable Care Act and making permanent the expansion of the Biden-Harris Tax Credit, which lowers health care costs by an average of about $800 a year.” “Make healthcare costs a right, not a privilege.'' Millions of Americans. ”

But Jindal is skeptical of that denial.

Illegal immigrants near the Texas border

Bobby, the former Louisiana governor, warned that a potential Harris administration would “try to sneak things that you can't get through, either through the front door or through the back door.” (Texas Department of Public Safety)

“I think when politicians say and show what they believe, we should believe them,” he said.

“What's more likely that she suddenly changed her mind and won't tell us about it herself? She won't even tell us why she changed her mind. She doesn't even try to tell us what new policies she supports. Or rather, she just says whatever it takes to get elected and still has the same radical beliefs as before. Is it likely?”

New poll finds Trump with wide lead on immigration and border security in key battleground states

Jindal warns that this will not only put intense pressure on the health care system and lead to poorer insurance coverage for Americans, but also lead to an increase in illegal immigration.

“This is literally a gold-plated invitation to new immigrants. She's not saying she just wants to add the 12 million illegal immigrants who are already here to Medicare. It's like, hey, people here, we want to get you into Medicare for those of you who can get here, but the illegals who haven't gotten here yet. What does that mean for immigrants, Mr. Kamala? Mr. Harris wants to give you access to Medicare.”

“That's why we created this video. We want voters to understand our America First health care policy. First, we care about the American people who pay taxes into the Medicare program.” And secondly, to take care of patients and their doctors, and not government bureaucrats who are in charge of their health care,” he added.
