Dr. Jeff Jack, Chief Medical Officer at Personalize Health, is a physician executive leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building solutions that provide personalized support to individuals experiencing complex care journeys. At Personalize Health, he is focused on aligning with member and market needs, strengthening the company’s behavioral science approach, and exploring additional ways our unique capabilities can further simplify and support the member journey. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of CareTribe (acquired by Cleo), a digital health platform for family caregivers. He also held leadership roles at CVS Health/Aetna and as founder of NeoCare Solutions, supporting parents of premature babies in the NICU.

Paul Fronstin, Director of Health Benefits Research at the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI), has worked since 1993 for the private, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to original public policy research and education on economic security and employee benefits. He also oversees EBRI’s Center for Research on Health Benefits Innovation. His areas of research interest include trends in employment-based health benefits, employee benefits and public policy, health plan design, health savings accounts (HSAs), workplace wellness programs, retiree health benefits, and public opinion on health benefits and health care. He currently serves on the board of trustees of Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions and the National Advisory Council for the University of Michigan Center for Value-Based Insurance Design.

Erica Sniad Morgenstern, Chief Marketing Officer, Personalize Health, leads the company’s marketing strategy, initiatives, and operations. She led the company’s rebrand to Personalize Health and oversees everything from demand generation to product and client marketing to corporate communications. She previously managed communications and marketing at Welltok (acquired by Virgin Pulse) and Epocrates, the app of choice for half of the physicians nationwide.
