Accra, AccentCare, Simitree and Glenmeadow have appointed executives, and the leader of Brightspring will resign.
Brightspring's Hospice Services president resigns
Michael McMaude, president of Hospice Services at Brightspring Health Services (NASDAQ: BTSG) and CEO of subsidiary Abode Healthcare, resigned on Friday.
The company said the resignation was not a result of disagreement with the company, and that McMaude will continue to serve as a consultant for Brightspring. According to LinkedIn, McMaude was CEO of Abode Healthcare for over 13 years.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Brightspring offers home and community-based pharmacy and healthcare services, including home health and hospice services.
Similarly, Abode Healthcare in Louisville offers primary care from home and operates a skilled nursing facility.
Accra installs a new CEO
Minnesota-based Accra, a provider of home care services for people with disabilities and the elderly, has appointed Colin Raymond as new CEO.

Accra supports daily life (ADL) and personal care activities for children, adolescents and adults with disabilities, chronic diseases, behavioral diagnosis, and mental illnesses. Most of them are Medicaid subscribers.
Raymond, who recently served as regional vice president of US Kidney Care, will take over John Derm as CEO.
Dahm has worked for Accra for over 20 years and has served as the company's top executive since 2011. He becomes the company's executive chair and builds advisory capabilities.

AccentCare's name new Chief Law Officer
Home-based care provider AccentCare has appointed Marc Bonora a new Chief Justice Officer.
Based in Dallas, Texas, AccentCare offers personal, home-care, home-care, palliative care and hospice services. The company employs 30,000 team members and operates more than 250 locations in 32 states and Washington. They live more than 200,000 people each year.
Bonora is accused of overseeing AccentCare's legal operations and governmental efforts. Most recently, Bonora served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Ingenobis Health, a healthcare staffing and recruiting company.
“With the strategic thinking and record of navigating a complex legal environment, Bonora is well placed to enhance Accentcare's governance as organizations grow across their ongoing services, including personal care, home health, mitigation and hospice,” the company said in a statement.
Simitree appoints a new C-Suite executive
Simitree, a service and software company focused on home hygiene, hospice and behavioral health providers, has tapped Ellenpardy as its new chief financial officer.
Purdy's role includes oversight of all Simitree's financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and investor relations.

Purdy recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Red Nucleus, the Science Services and Medical Communications Solutions provider for Life Science Industry. She also holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Synacor, Autseer and Office Practicum.
Her appointment comes when the company describes it as a “active” stage of growth.
Glenmeadow chooses Vice President of Human Resources
Glenmeadow, a service provider for the elderly, including home care, has appointed Adetayo Olatinwo's new vice president of human resources.
Olatinwo is accused of overseeing human resource management, compensation, benefits, employee relationships and employment law compliance. She also works with local secondary education and education partners to encourage students to view senior living as a career path.
