ATLANTA – Emory Healthcare, a team member with 26,400 employees, is named one of America's best large employers, according to Forbes. The magazine ranked Emory Healthcare No. 124 out of 701 employers in 2025.
“We are pleased to announce that we are committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Dr. Joon S. Lee, CEO of Emory Healthcare. “It's an honor to be recognized by Forbes, a global media company, which emphasizes the importance of employee voices as we continue to shape the future of healthcare together.”
This perception is based on a survey of anonymous respondents who were asked whether to recommend employers based on a variety of criteria, including work environment, well-being, salary, and growth opportunities. Participants were also asked to assess whether they would recommend previous employers within the past two years and whether they would recommend other employers they were familiar with through industry experience.
“We are committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Rock Anderson, Chief Human Resources Officer at Emory Healthcare. “We appreciate this honor and praise the dedication and hard work of our employees.”
Forbes collaborated with market research firm Statista to survey more than 217,000 employees working for businesses across the United States, responded and analyzed along with additional survey data from the past three years. Companies with 1,000-5,000 employees were considered medium-sized employers, while companies with over 5,000 employees were considered large employers.
