Washington -Today, David Baradao House of Representatives has co -led the Healthcare Labor Innovation Law and Healthcare Labor Innovation, a law that deals with the lack of healthcare labor in an unreasonable community.

“Rising costs and sustainable labor will make it difficult for health centers to provide important services in rural communities such as Central Valley,” said Barada. “Investing in labor development is important to be able to access medical experts who need these communities. To recruit and maintain next -generation medical experts to serve our regions. I am proud to be able to support this ultra -party effort to strengthen medical workers by expanding local training opportunities.

background:

Increased costs and lack of labor affect access to healthcare in rural areas and unreasonable areas. The shortage is the most serious among other providers that are indispensable for the operation of medical assistants, dental hygienists, pharmacy engineers, community medical professionals, peer support specialists, and efficient primary care teams. The high sales among these important experts spend thousands of dollars every year to safety net providers and limit the ability of providers to provide services effectively.

To support the establishment, the community health center and rural clinics have accumulated innovative partnerships with local high schools, community colleges, and local health education centers, and are medical experts in the next -generation Allies. I am training. Currently, there is no federal government support for these innovative and effective partnerships. This restricts the ability to expand successful programs and provide more opportunities in the local community. This bill supports the local apprentice program, career ladder singing pass, and leader models, and supports young people and early career union medical experts in health care. Expand these partnerships.
