People celebrate United Healthcare CEO shooting incident

On the internet and social media, countless people expressed satisfaction or even glee over CEO Brian Thompson's murder.

Los Angeles – The high-profile murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has sparked debate about health policy, corporate practices and economic grievances.

Thompson's death has drawn an unexpected response on social media, with many expressing support for the gunman.

On social media, people are posting how they feel about the United Healthcare murder victims and the shooter.

“Someone said thoughts, prayers and deductions,” one person shared on TikTok.

“Assassin was very impressive. I get it. I've never seen anything like this,” said another.

“United Healthcare has denied more claims by a 90% margin than any other insurer in the market,” another official added.

“Deny, banish, defend. If this isn't a loud and clear message to all health insurance CEOs, I don't know what is,” said another.

“I feel like we live parallel to the elites of this country,” @thatdaneshguy said of his views.

United Healthcare CEO's shooter's backpack found

A backpack recovered by New York City police believed to belong to a suspect wanted in the shooting death of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson contained a jacket and Monopoly money.

The social media influencer with 2 million followers on TikTok is a skilled internet sleuth known for his ability to find people.

He doesn't condone killing people, but he has no interest in tracking down the person who killed the CEO.

“Most of us don't have that much sympathy for someone who has caused the deaths of countless people. So it's unclear that a third of this medical company's claims have been denied. …About a third are denied. That's outrageous. That's twice the industry standard,” he said.

He is not the only online detective who refuses to participate in the investigation. And many on social media are happy to see it.

“I just want to remind everyone that the snitch will get stitches, and those stitches may not be covered by your insurance plan,” another person commented on the TikTok video.

“You can make a claim, but you won't be covered,'' said psychologist David Swanson.

Although Swanson feels some of the social media posts are insensitive, he believes they are just frustration and a form of venting.

Proposal: UnitedHealthcare CEO murder: Police release mugshot of person of interest as investigation continues

“Certainly, I don't think these people are glorifying murder or agreeing with murder, but I think it speaks to what this is about and how frustrated people are. “The prices are incredibly high, health insurance itself is ridiculously expensive,” and when you try to use it, you throw in the fact that it's almost impossible. ” he said.
