Jane Dewi Tahir, Chief Executive Director of Akasia 365MC Indonesia, won the Grand Prize for Best Brand (AI Liposure Category) at the 19th Korea Healthcare Industry Awards held on July 3 at Riverside Hotel in Seoul on July 3.

Tahir was awarded the award on behalf of the obesity-centric medical group 365MC, recognising his leadership in AI-powered liposuction technology and its rapid global expansion, particularly in Southeast Asia.
Organized by Health Industry CEO Summit, a gathering of healthcare leaders, the award reflects a growing interest in qualitative health indicators such as precision medicine, AI integration and international patient services, beyond traditional measures such as patient volume and surgical case counts.
365MC has been recognized for its pioneering development of AI-based liposuction systems and for opening overseas branches in Indonesia and Thailand, introducing its global competitiveness.
Since entering the Indonesian market in July 2023, the group has opened three local clinics, surpassing 30,000 RAMS bottle extractions (a proprietary step volume indicator) within just 16 months.
Tahir, who accepted the award on behalf of 365MC, has played an important role in localizing the medical model of Korean clinics through collaboration with Indonesian medical corporations.
“The reason why 365MC's advanced Korean medical technology can be replicated overseas is its AI-based standardized treatment system,” she said. “The scalability of this system will continue to accelerate our global growth.”
365MC began investing in AI-driven healthcare systems in 2017. In 2020, we registered a patent for a cannula surgical diagnostic device equipped with AI that analyzes surgical exercise data to improve prediction accuracy and informs postoperative care.
In the same year, the company co-developed a mail system (moving capture and artificial intelligence support liposuction) with Microsoft, registering the joint technology as a global patent.
In April, 365MC signed an agreement with Naver Cloud, Cloocus and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to jointly develop an exportable AI-based clinical system. The project integrates AI cloud computing with electronic medical records to provide real-time analysis of patient data, providing personalized and efficient care.
Meanwhile, the group currently operates four overseas branches. Three are in Indonesia (two in Jakarta and one in Surabaya) and one in Thailand. Later this year, we are preparing to open new clinics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Los Angeles, USA.
